Practice Area

Ms. Gunaletchumi handles all aspects of contentious disputes. Her main area of practice is on dispute resolution incidental to the Construction and Engineering industry, in particular representing contractors in litigation claims.

She has also been practicing in the areas involving Contractual Civil claims, Commercial disputes and Probate and administration. She has also offered advice and represented Trade Unions in the country on Collective Bargaining and Industrial relations, Elections, Constitutional and Disciplinary matters.
